What You’ll Be Doing (The Role):

• Hot leads only – no knocking on doors! Just step in and close the deal.
• Talk with homeowners, find out what they need, and offer real solutions – all in one visit.
• Take control of your paycheck – earn big with uncapped commission.
• Fast-track your career with our Sales Manager and GM-in-Training programs.
• Get one-on-one mentorship – build skills that take you beyond just this job.

What You’ll Earn (The Pay):

• Learn and earn: $1,700 during training.
• First-year earnings: $70,000–$90,000.
• Top reps pull in over $160,000 a year.
• No limits – the harder you go, the more you make
